Service Description
ScreenDrop provides digital out-of-home advertising campaign services including creative production, campaign management, media placement, and reporting. By purchasing a ScreenDrop package, you agree to these terms.
Pricing
Campaign pricing is all-inclusive. Pricing includes creative production, campaign management, media placement on digital screens, and a campaign completion report. Prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
Estimates Disclaimer
Screen counts, impression estimates, and coverage areas shown on our website are approximations based on industry averages and general market data. Actual campaign delivery depends on screen availability, venue type, geographic coverage, and real-time programmatic demand. Estimates are not guarantees of specific delivery numbers.
Creative Policy
ScreenDrop produces ad creative using assets provided by the client. Creative is generated based on the information submitted and is not subject to revision. Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted assets are accurate and that they have the right to use them.
Refunds
Campaigns that have not yet launched are eligible for a full refund upon request. Once a campaign has been submitted for media placement, refunds are not available.
Third-Party Services
ScreenDrop uses third-party platforms for media delivery and creative production. ScreenDrop is not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or delivery failures caused by third-party infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScreenDrop LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service. In no event shall ScreenDrop's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
